Responsibilities:
- Execute production activities according to the production schedule and achieve targeted output levels.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and maintain optimal machine operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Monitor and manage the movement of goods and materials using digital inventory tracking systems.
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Perform final quality inspections prior to product delivery to customers.
- Support operational activities and other assigned duties as required.
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering fields.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia language to liaise with Bahasa Indonesia language speaking counterparts and stakeholders.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
