Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and supply chain performance
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while negotiating cost-effective contracts
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve procurement or quality-related issues
- Monitor vendor performance through audits and implement improvement plans
- Develop and execute cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Prepare and manage annual procurement budgets and track key KPIs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and market analysis
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience
