Responsibilities
- Provide chauffeuring services for senior management and authorised visitors.
- Transport passengers safely, courteously, and punctually to appointments and designated locations.
- Plan and optimise travel routes based on traffic, road, and weather conditions.
- Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with Singapore road safety regulations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles remain in excellent operating condition.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, and maintenance schedules.
- Refuel vehicles and monitor vehicle readiness for daily operations.
- Manage vehicle-related administrative tasks, including expense claims, cash card statements, and fuel receipt submissions.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while performing driving duties.
- Support additional duties and assignments as required.
- Minimum 5 years of personal driver experience.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
- Proficiency in GPS navigation systems.
- Proficiency in English for communicating with English-speaking management, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work beyond regular working hours when required.
- Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage.
