Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on R&D projects
- Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to manage requirements from inquiry through design, build, and delivery
- Bridge communication between internal R&D teams and customers on project status, progress, and technical matters
- Align R&D workflow priorities with project timelines and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of R&D activities
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to customers and management
- Develop and present technical materials based on inputs from engineering teams
- Organize and manage product demonstrations and equipment buy-off programs
- Track project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Support transition to Product Management, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or semiconductor equipment development
- Exposure to semiconductor equipment design, development, and packaging/assembly processes
- Knowledge of product costing, budgeting, and commercial considerations
- Experience with hardware and software systems related to equipment development is an added advantage
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
