- Lead a maintenance team and be responsible for successfully carrying out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with OEM procedures, manual and authority regulations.
- Identify and rectify problems and defects
- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
- Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
- Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s
- Any other duties as assigned
- Holding valid CAAS License (B1.1 or B2)
- Type rated of A350, A380, B747, B777, B787 (Added Advantage)
