Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement internal HR web applications, including employee portals, onboarding, leave management, performance management, recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and HR stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support business and operational objectives.
  • Gather user requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Administer, maintain, and support Linux servers in a production environment to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
  • Develop system integrations, automation scripts, reporting tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency and streamline HR operations.
  • Enhance business processes through digitalization, automation, and innovative web and mobile technologies.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code aligned with development best practices.
  • Manage projects independently from planning through deployment, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements for HR systems and applications.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in full-stack web application development.
  • Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in backend development using Python or PHP, with Python preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL database design and management.
  • Experience in Linux server administration, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience developing automation scripts and workflow solutions using Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux Cron jobs and task scheduling mechanisms.
  • Experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
