Working hours: 5.5 work week Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Sat: (8.30am – 12.30pm)
Manager Job Scope:
- Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule.
- Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works.
- Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect.
- Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents.
- Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project’s financial performance.
- Monitor the project’s progress within budget and timeline.
- Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
- Negotiable with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
- Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering
- At least 2 – 4 years experienced in Project management in Electrical
- Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/Commercial projects
