Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize datasets, reports, and dashboards to support sales analysis and business development initiatives.
- Analyze business and market data to generate actionable insights that guide sales strategies and decision-making.
- Transform data-driven insights into targeted marketing and sales initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and improve sales performance through strategic recommendations.
- Guide marketing initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes and support revenue growth.
- Utilize Microsoft, SAP, and related software tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in data analysis, marketing, sales support, or related functions.
- Proven experience in data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau, with experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power Automate is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction, guide sales priorities, and drive execution of business initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and derive meaningful insights from data.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend and implement improvements to enhance sales performance.
- Strong sense of initiative with the ability to take prompt action and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and thoroughness in completing assignments.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver high service standards.
