Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in guests to create a positive first impression
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, service excellence, and promotions
- Identify customer needs, purchase intent, and timelines to build detailed customer profiles
- Educate customers on EV products, services, and local ownership incentives
- Deliver personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Capture customer information and schedule test drives to support sales conversion
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales and customer data
- Follow operational policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Prior customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong knowledge of or interest in electric vehicles and related technology
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
