Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance for peripheral digital equipment at client locations
- Diagnose faults and carry out repair work to restore equipment functionality
- Compile and analyse maintenance and repair data to support continuous improvement
- Liaise with clients on-site to understand issues and provide technical solutions
- Support installation and commissioning of equipment for project deployments
- Carry out other related technical and support duties as assigned
- No experience required. Training will be provided.
- Willing to work irregular hours to support a 24/7 operational environment
- Comfortable with overseas business travel when required
- Basic technical aptitude in equipment troubleshooting or maintenance is an added advantage
