Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Group Hospitality portfolio (Group Hospitality covers Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services).
- Drive vendor performance to achieve contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.
- Partner stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues, address service gaps, and support operational needs.
- Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimise resource utilisation and value for money.
- Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and organisational outcomes.
- Develop a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, engagement, and knowledge sharing.
Requirement
- Recognised Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
- Relevant experience in contract, vendor, or service management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or facilities environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
