To provide any and all technical assistance to Customer in relation to appropriate use of Products for obtaining sufficient performance of Products, which includes :
- Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance there through
- Assistance to Customer in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
- Assistance to Customer in case of operation
- Troubleshooting
- Providing Customer with various advices or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer
- Gathering information on Products through performance of Services under this Agreement including the above (1a) and providing such information to company which information includes:
- Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
- Information on Customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation
- Information which Customer requires company in connection with Products
- Any other ad-hoc duties by assigned
