概要

This position is to be responsible for financial trading operation at Japanese Asset Management Company.

I. TRADING (more than 50%)
- Preparing and executing trades in equities and equity-linked securities
- Calculation and rebalancing of the Fund FX hedge positions
- Daily monitoring and reporting of relevant market news, events
- Updating and distributing risk/compliance reports

II. FUND MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Day-to-day fund management operation (ex. portfolio reconciliation, database updates)
- Engaging with service providers of the funds
- Client on-boarding and communication

III. CORPORATE OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Company/office administrative support
- Engaging with service providers of the company

IV. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project-based job (ex. new fund setup, new system implementation)
- Continuous sophistication and institutionalization of processes
- Regular reporting to leadership
- Any other ad hoc duties

- 日常的なファンドマネジメント業務（ポートフォリオの調整、データベースの更新など）
- ファンドのサービスプロバイダーとの連携
- クライアントのオンボーディングとコミュニケーション

III. コーポレートオペレーションサポート
- 会社/オフィスの管理サポート
- 会社のサービス・プロバイダーとの連携

IV. その他
- プロジェクトベースの仕事のサポート（例：新しいファンドの設立、新しいシステムの導入など）
- プロセスの継続的な高度化と制度化の管理
- リーダーへの定期的な報告
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[Must]
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Specialization (Finance, Tax, Accounting, etc.)
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Comfortable to work in JP Calendar
- Experiences to work at startup companies and/or closely work with senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative, passion, creativity, integrity, and leadership qualities
- Robust financial and analytical skill set with attention to details
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

[Preferential conditions]
- Prior experience handling Japanese Stock Trade
