概要

日系企業向けのオフィス移転・改装に伴う設計デザイン業務全般を担当して頂きます。
※プレイヤーというよりも各セクションを取りまとめるプロジェクトマネジメントに近いポジションです。
１つの案件の上流工程～下流工程まで携わって頂きますので、ジェネラリスト志向の方はよりフィットするポジションかと思います。

General design work for office relocation and remodeling for Japanese companies.
This position is for generalists who are involved in the entire design process from upstream to downstream of a single project.

- Accompanying sales staff to client sites for interviews (depending on the project)
- Overall concept development, layout design, and selection of furniture and interior design.
- This is a position similar to project management that coordinates each section rather than a player.
- Presentation
- Meeting with contractors for construction work
- Overall schedule management
- Preparation of construction completion documents
- Other incidental work
- After construction has begun, check the progress and finish of the project on site.

オフィスのデザイン・設計・構築工事のサービスにおいてデザイン領域全体のディレクションやマネジメントを行って頂きます。１つの案件の上流工程～下流工程まで携わって頂きますので、ジェネラリスト志向の方はよりフィットするポジションかと思います。

- 営業と同行しお客様先でヒアリング（案件により異なります）
- 全体コンセプト策定、レイアウト設計、家具・インテリア選定
- プレゼンテーション実施
- 施工業者との工事打ち合わせ
- 総合スケジュール管理
- 竣工図書作成
- 他付帯業務
- 着工後、現場での進行状況や仕上がり具合を確認

応募資格

[Must]
- Spatial design/design: Around 10 years or more
- Management experience: Around 5 years or more
- Bright and sincere
- Teamwork is important to us.
- People who love interior design.
- A person who can always judge things from the client's point of view.
- Good communication skills
- A person who is looking for a long-term job in Singapore.

[Advantage]
- Qualified interior coordinator.
- Those who can use Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Qualifications: 1st and 2nd class architects, 1st and 2nd class construction management engineers, etc.

[必須]
- 空間デザイン・設計業務　10年以上（目安）
- マネジメント経験：5年以上（目安）
