【高級寿司屋】サービスマネージャーとして働きませんか？

求人内容

- Providing basic services such as seating customers, taking orders, serving dishes, and cleaning up.
- Recommending and serving alcoholic beverages such as Japanese sake.
- Supporting Japanese chefs (head chef, sous chef, assistants) and local staff in language translation (English to Japanese and Japanese to English).
- Educating local staff in hospitality services, following the guidelines of the establishment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

- 基本的なサービス（お客様を席へご案内・オーダーを取る・料理の提供および片付けなど）
- 日本酒などお酒をお勧めする＋提供
- 日本人料理人（料理長・副料理長・アシスタント）とローカルスタッフのサポート（英→和・和→英）
- おもてなしサービスのローカルスタッフへの教育（お店のガイドラインに沿って）
- その他関連業務
