- Approach and develop new clients (60%)
- Following up and manage existing clients (40%)
- Set up meetings with clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Plan, organize promotion event with existing clients and report the result after the event
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in any industry
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients/counterparts
- Interest in Japan & Japanese foods
- A team player
