This position is related to Design, implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure at Japanese IT company

- Plan, coordinate and implement strategies to meet key project milestones
- Design, implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure.
- Coordinate all aspects of technology operations (including Helpdesk, data center operations, network management, etc.)
- Advise and recommend new technologies, services and methods for IT Infrastructure to support customer business
- Design and/or troubleshooting network problems
- Coordination and communication within project team and to stakeholders
- Ensure timely project delivery and project closure
- Manage multiple projects
- Other duties as assigned

- テクノロジーオペレーションのあらゆる側面の調整（ヘルプデスク、データセンターオペレーション、ネットワーク管理などを含む）
- 顧客のビジネスをサポートするためのITインフラの新技術、サービス、手法の提案
- ネットワーク問題の設計とトラブルシューティング
- 社内外の関係者との調整
- タイムリーなプロジェクトの遂行と完了
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[Must]
- Ability to keep up with latest developments in the field and upgrade IT infrastructure
- Min 3years of hands-on experience in designing, integrating, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting and resolving network problems; including Firewall
- Experience with SD-WAN using Viptela
- Experience designing and/or troubleshooting network problems
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent analytical and planning skills
- Familiar with various operating systems, e.g. Windows, UNIX and Linux
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Priority will be Cisco Solutions network experience, followed by SD-WAN (new technology).
- Familiar with various operating systems such as Windows

[Advantage]
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP and CITPM is advantageous
- Experience in Palo Alto, SRX and *Cisco Solutions is an advantage
- Project management + network skills
