- Identify new business development opportunities and spearheading of Company's expansion plans which includes all aspects of real estate and leasing matters
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the Company to ensure smooth progress and work with business partners to improve profitability
- Prepare and work with Japan HQ to Review financial information, projects and implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet financial targets
- Work cross functionally to optimize business efficiency and development
- Manage relationships/agreements with all business partners (Franchisees, vendors and landlords)
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Country Manager from time to time

- Minimum 2 years' of experience in retail leasing management or related fields
- Excellent organizational skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention and initiative
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
- Team player with excellent communications & interpersonal skill

- Ability to speak Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking third parties
- Registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA)
- Possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination
