- Process orders and inquiries
- Prepare shipping documents and invoices etc.
- Handle all sales related documents
- Communicate with customers and handle queries
- Respond to phone calls/emails
- Liaise with HQ in Japan for ordering parts
- Any ad hoc administrative duties assigned

- At least 1 year of experience of ordering and handling parts (Engine parts preferred)
- Business level proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking customers and HQ in Japan (both verbal & written)
