Following site administration activities
- Order of small goods such as stationary, water bottle, copy paper, etc with procurement department
- Commuter bus arrangement with Bus company
- Lunch/Dinner Box ordering for staffs and Lunch/Dinner fee collection.
Support for following matters for business travelers / visitors from Japan and other countries.
- Booking of Hotel
- Arrangement of Condominium (contract work / prepare to hand over and move out. Any adjustment work with agent)
- Transportation arrangement (Company car / Taxi)
- VISA application - Arrangement of Health Screening
- Support for Opening of the Bank Account for business travelers
- Any other admin activities
Document Control work including document printing & filing, copying & scanning, pick up and updating of document list.
Other duties as assigned and/or requested by superiors etc.

- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word applications.
