概要

◆This role is to be responsible for risk management for market risk, liquidity risk and credit risk, Management of the branch committees and regulatory compliance

◆This role is to be responsible for risk management for market risk, liquidity risk and credit risk, Management of the branch committees and regulatory compliance
(1) Risk management
- Prepare and coordinate periodic reporting required by regulations and periodic risk management reporting
- Improve operational efficiency and upgrade quality in risk monitoring
(2) Management of the branch committees
- Coordinate the Branch’s monthly committees
- Prepare committee materials in the areas of risk management and financial regulations, and report to the Branch Senior Management at the committee
- Set the date of committee, coordinate materials by relevant departments and facilitate the committee
(3) Regulatory compliance
- Monitor and analyse relevant regulations (including Consultation Papers) affecting the operations in the Branch and take appropriate actions to abide by such regulations
(4)Others
- Engage in monthly and quarterly accounting operations
- Closely communicate with Japan Head Office with regard to the Branch’s operations related to risk management, accountings, and financial regulations
- Coordinate various projects by liaising with Japan HQ
- Coordinate various reporting
- Manage various matters of inquiry from the authorities and Head Office
- Manage various project managements in the branch
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

(1) リスク管理業務
- 各種モニタリング帳票作成、とりまとめ
- モニタリング業務の改善・⾼度化対応
(2) 支店コミッティ管理
- 支店コミッティ事務局運営
- リスク管理・規制関連資料準備
- 会議日程調整、資料とりまとめ
(3) 規制対応
- 関連規制動向フォロー、ギャップ分析、対応方針策定
(4) その他業務
- 予算・決算作成
- リスク管理、会計、規制等にかかる本店とのコミュニケーション
- 本店とのリエゾン
- 支店内の報告とりまとめ
- 当局・本店照会対応
- 各種支店プロジェクトマネジメント
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[MUST]
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the Banking Industry
- Able to speak business level Japanese to liaise with the third related party (above JLPT N1 or N2 certificate)

[ADVANTAGE]
- Experience in working in Japanese Banks or in risk management is preferable

【必須条件】
- 最低３年の銀行業界での関連した勤務経験がある方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力がある方

【優遇条件】
- 特に日系金融機関勤務経験者、またはリスク管理業務経験者が望ましい
