Various administrative works for patients and assistance to doctors including following tasks:
- Handle bookings for medical appointments.
- Register patients in the system and send test results.
- Paper works such as checking reports (to MOH) and scanning documents.
- Answering queries.
(For those who have relevant medical knowledge and experience)
- Conduct pre-consultation interview with patients.
- Perform basic screening of patients including body measurement, blood pressure monitoring and temperature screening.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
