- Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges
- Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met
- Provide leadership to business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account
- Engage with principal, partners, and suppliers in sales activities on IT products and services of the Company
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
- Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
- Investigate customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and provide corrective measures
- Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
[MUST]
- Min 3 years of working experience in IT sales or business development role
- Able to speak Japanese to handle Japanese customers
- Possess strong initiative, people networking and creativity skills
- Proven sales track record
- Good communication skills to collaborate and negotiate with customers and internal engineering team
- Disciplined and driven to develop sales account plans and upkeep sales forecast & hygiene
