Major Japanese manufacturing company

求人内容

- Work closely with parent business division & other internal and external parties, regarding corporate roles.
- Work across the organization to understand the business activities and plans of the various business units.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes to identify opportunities and risks that affect the organization.
- Preparing to accept visitors from customers and affiliates, responding to visitors and presentation.
English / Japanese translation of business materials
- Support for Japanese expatriates
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

- 様々なビジネスユニットの事業活動や計画を理解するために、組織横断的に活動する。
- 業界の動向や市場の変化を監視・分析し、組織に影響を与える機会やリスクを特定する。
- 顧客や関連会社からの来訪者の受け入れ準備、来訪者の対応する
- ビジネス資料の英語／日本語翻訳をする
- 日本人駐在員のサポートをする
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[MUST]
- Min 2 years of experience in business planning
- Willing to attend occasional business trips, including travel to the manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
- Proficient in Japanese language is required because of the need to work closely with the Japanese parent business division.
- Proactive, diplomatic and good presentation skills.

- Have relevant experience in the manufacturing industry

- インドネシアの製造工場への出張を含む、不定期の海外出張に参加できる方
- 積極的かつ外交的で、プレゼンテーション能力に長けている方
