- Generate quotation for sales team
- Create and handle sales documents
- Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
- Support sales process in timely manners
- Any other duties and task as assigned as well as general admin task
[Must]
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration and/or sales coordination/support
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking and is a fast learner
- Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn and have good time management skill
- Must be proficient in computer especially Microsoft office software (Excel, Words, Power Point etc.)
