- Supervise and oversee the sales support team by delegating tasks and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- Manage existing customers (70%) and build new customers (30%).
- Proactively identify new opportunities to further expand the company’s reach and network.
- Handle customers’ enquiries and requirements.
- Prepare quotation and follow up customers.
- Order processing and follow up on order fulfilment with vendor.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents and invoices as well as monitor and follow up closely on outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales report.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

- 3 years of relevant working experience in any industries.
- 1 year of management experience in any industries.
- Proficiency in Japanese language both written and spoken to liaise with Japanese third parties.
- Able to start immediately (max. 1 month notice)
