- In-charge of the general accounting process, including preparation of the management accounts, bookkeeping, handle expenses and payments, preparation of invoices, perform bank accounts reconciliation
- Handling of full sets of accounting, budgeting/forecast, Singapore Income Tax and internal control principles
- Analyse financial data, prepare financial reports, statements & projections
- Handle full set of account and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing
- Prepare Monthly/quarterly/year financial report to HQ in Japan
- Handle tax payment, return and assessment of income tax and GST
- Establish and document internal control over financial reporting
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
【MUST】
- Min 3 years of working experience in Accounting
- Full set accounting experience
- Japanese ability to liaise with Japanese third parties
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Able to start immediately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels
- Able to think and work flexibly

- Accounting experience in retail or F&B
