【イースト】内装デザイン会社でのデザイナー募集！

求人内容

シンガポールで日系レストランや店舗をはじめとする商業施設や店舗の企画・デザイン・設計・施工。
デザインや作図だけでなく、プロジェクトの進行と現場監理なども
併せて、トータルで担当していただきます。使用するのはCADです。

- Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times.
- Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
- Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team and manufacturing team.
- Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management.
- Ensure all works and site staffs adhere to all safety regulations.
- Handle handovers upon projects completions and follow up with Clients thereafter.
- Travelling overseas if required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

- 現場チームと請負業者と連携し、プロジェクトの円滑な進行から納品まで行う。
- 新規コンサルティングプロジェクトの入札。
- 社内デザイナー、QSチーム、製造チームとの連携。
- コントラクター、サブコントラクター、ビルディングマネジメントとの連携。
- すべての作業員、現場スタッフが安全規則を遵守するように指導、管理。
- プロジェクト完了時の引き渡しと、その後のクライアントへのフォローアップ。
- 必要に応じた海外出張。
- その他関連業務

応募資格

- At least 4 years of experience in design and design supervision　
- Experience in design accounting, restaurant design design, etc. (commercial facility interior design office)
- Able to use Autocad and VectorWorks
- Able to use Photoshop
- Good at meticulous and precise work
- Good communication skills

- 4年以上の設計・設計監理経験　
- 設計計・飲食店設計デザインなどの経験(商業施設内装事務所)
- Autocad、VectorWorksが使える
- Photoshopが使える
- 几帳面で緻密な作業が得意
- コミュニケーション力がある
