【イースト】内装デザイン会社でのデザイナー募集！

求人内容

シンガポールで日系レストランや店舗をはじめとする商業施設や店舗の企画・デザイン・設計・施工。
デザインや作図だけでなく、プロジェクトの進行と現場監理なども
併せて、トータルで担当していただきます。使用するのはCADです。

- To meet and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
- To receive info from client and discuss project with internal project team
- To prepare preliminary plans for initial meeting
- To present plans and 3D drawings to client and building management
- To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
- To co-ordinate the activities with internal project team, customers and building management authorities
- To do briefing to internal project team and contractors
- Travelling to overseas if required
- Any other ad hoc duties

応募資格

- At least 3 years of experience in design and design supervision　
- Experience in design accounting, restaurant design design, etc. (commercial facility interior design office)
- Able to use Autocad and VectorWorks
- Able to use Photoshop
- Good at meticulous and precise work
- Good communication skills

- 3年以上の設計・設計監理経験　
- 設計計・飲食店設計デザインなどの経験(商業施設内装事務所)
- Autocad、VectorWorksが使える
- Photoshopが使える
- 几帳面で緻密な作業が得意
- コミュニケーション力がある
