- Respond promptly in the Japanese language with the Japanese customer support team in Japan via communication platform (skype / slack) daily regarding product specification, packaging, payment, and shipping details, etc.
- Manage daily orders and delivery of goods.
- Responds to queries from Japanese customer support team within 10 minutes of receipt of queries.
- Process all orders with the supplier by 12 pm daily.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in dealing with customer service in the Japanese language
- Competent in spoken and written Japanese language with a minimum certification of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (JLPT N1) because the websites are in the Japanese language.
- Proficient in and familiar with using the Japanese keyboard for daily correspondence via the communication platforms (email, skype & slack), for amendments, revision, and uploads on the websites.
