■ Administration / Corporate planning
- Preparing and organizing documents and managing schedule for Chief Executive Officer (immediate supervisor)
- Accompanying the Board of Directors and preparing the minutes in English
- Responding to requests and inquiries from the Japanese HQ
- Collecting data and creating materials in response to requests from Singapore Office and Japanese HQ to support business planning
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
■ Procurement / Purchasing
- Being in charge of procurement & purchasing in case of equipment failure or road failure happening at parking lots that they are operating

② Select and contact repair / construction company
③ Collaborate with finance department
④ Cooperate with parking lot site manager
⑤ Prepare documents such as quotation and report
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

- Have experience in procurement / purchasing in the general contractor industry or the manufacturing industry
- Have experience/knowledge related to business planning
- Able to write and speak Business Japanese to liaise with the third related parties
- Responsible and committed
