概要: 教育関連企業にて、パート事務（ビザ担当）を募集しています！
求人内容: - 留学・移住のお客様のビザ申請業務
- お客様とビザ申請に関する連絡のやりとり
- 各省庁への訪問（週2-3回）
- その他業務

- Visa application for study abroad / immigrant customers
- Communication with Japanese customers
- Visit to Ministry (2-3 times a week)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
応募資格: *未経験応募可能！
[必須条件]
- パワポ・ワード、エクセル、Googleシートなど基礎パソコン能力必須
- フレキシブルにお客様対応出来る方
- 細かい作業を得意とする方
- 長期で就労ができる方

[優遇条件]
- 総務など、ビザ関連業務の経験者優遇

- Basic computer skills such as PowerPoint Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Have a flexibly to customers
- Able to menage detailed task
- Able to work long term

[Preferential conditions]
- Have visa-related work experience such as general affairs
