◆You will be in charge of all back office operations and Business Management/support of Singapore office and other ASEAN subsidiaries (Thai, Malaysia, Indonesia)
- Full-set Accounting/Finance (40%-50%)
- Budget/performance management
- Preparation of monthly report
- Settlement of account
- Collaboration with local accounting firms
- HR related work (payroll management, etc)
- Legal affairs
- Internal control operations
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
[MUST]
- At least 2 years of experience in full-set accounting
- At least 3 years of working experience in Japanese company (any industry)
- At least 1 year of Business Management experience in the retail/service industry (related to store management, management improvement, etc)
- Able to work flexibly and effectively
[Advantage]
- Able to speak conversational Japanese to liaise with the third related parties
- Having accounting experience in the service/retail industry
- Having consolidated accounting experience
