Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Sales Manager to join our team. He/She is responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling, and cross-selling within our extensive install base, as well as delivering results against a quota.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
- Build and maintain client relationships
(products&service: 3D measurement-based inspection equipment and solutions )
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- At least 10 years of working experience in Sales (Products of Electronics or Engineering)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Proficient in Business Level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients in Thailand
