- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone and emails.
- Recording sales and order information.
- Provide high level of customer service in responding to customer complaints; escalate issues to appropriate personnel as required
- Preparing, arranging customers tenant view
- Check the contract with customer and tenant owner
- Prepare the invoice
- Receive payments over the deadline
- Check maintenance schedule
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Proficient in Japanese language to liaise with clients
- Good understanding of Japanese culture and manners
- 2-3 years of working experience in real estate industry
