This position supports Kitchen Manager in the following
- Responsible for the operation, management(Budget/cost) and overall performance of restaurant operations
(Need to manage approximately 5 staffs)
- Assist with food preparation
- Ensure that the level of quality and hygiene is consistent
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for restaurant's business performance
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- Experience managing and training staff
- Possess working experience in F&B industry
- Hygiene certified
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess Great Personality – Proactive, Patience, Humble and Eager to learn
- Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player
