-その他関連して発生する業務

★Responsible for Accounting (60%), General affair/Administration (30%), Secretary to Executive(10%) etc.
■Accounting
Responsible for monthly closing activities; preparation and recording of all journal entries, in accordance to IFRS and local statutory requirements. Ensure that accounting transactions are properly supported, recorded, and reported, including;
- Preparation of monthly inter company invoices & reconciliations
- Timely and accurate preparation of all monthly balance sheet reconciliations as part of internal control to assess and mitigate balance sheet risk
- Identifies and follows up on areas of concern within the reconciliation, develops corrective action plans where needed and ensures accounts are in good standing
- Liaises with internal and external auditors & tax consultants
- Co-ordinates and works in tandem with external accountants for preparation of monthly financials
- Preparation of audit documentation & schedules etc.
- Maintains internal controls including completing self-audits and adherence to compliance policies
- Supports process improvement including recommendations for training and updates to procedures
- Manage the company’s bank account
■General Affair/Administration
Responsible for that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. Ensure the prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position, including;
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Various expense settlement
- Support payroll, social insurance premium payment
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Make travel arrangements for the senior executives
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
- Keep databases/documents in check and update them regularly
- Develop and maintain a filling system
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
- Support to personnel affair (EP application for Expats etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
■Secretary to Executive
Responsible for Managing the daily/weekly/monthly task and schedule of the executive and arrange new meetings and appointments following his instruction.
応募資格
[Must]
• ACCA (Partial) or Bachelor’s degree (obtained or in progress)
• Familiar with Shared service finance concept is preferable
• Familiar with corporate tax, withholding tax and GST requirement
• Demonstrates knowledge of accounting theory and principles
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Proactive and independent team player who enjoyed working in dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill

[Advantage]
-Proficient in Japanese to liaise with related party
-Experience in Xero accounting software preferred, but not essential
-From banking/financial industry
