You will be responsible for Human Resource in general, such as assembling HR system of Singapore corporation office.
Along with the full-fledged business launch, such as designing HR systems and creating employment contracts in Singapore,
-Creation of employment contracts based on Singapore laws and regulations
-Understand organizational planning and recruitment needs, plan requirements for recruitment positions
-Design, enforcement of HR function
-Manage recruitment process from document screening, interview, recruitment
-Liaisie with each government agency in Singapore (MOM etc.)
-Basic law surveys on salary schemes and recruitment and collaboration with law firms
-Communicate with each employee in daily life
-Labor management, attendance management
-Social insurance (including health insurance), workers' accident insurance etc., insurance procedure related work
-Other related related work
