◆You will be in charge as Manager in HR and Admin at famous Japanese toy manufacturing company.
- Major HR duties
- Implementation of new HR policy *Liaise closely with Management
- Closely communicate with employee and increase employee satisfaction and secure the turn over rate.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Communicate with Japan HQ and support Expatriates.
- Liaising with vendor for cleaning, facility maintenance, security, etc.
- Maintain schedule for management, book ticket, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
- Liaising Government entity, JCCI, Japanese Association and others.
- Possess knowledge/experience of Singapore Law and regulations.
- At least 5 years of HR experience such as building scheme from scratch and create Employment Contract.
- Ability to do proper research to obtain right information such as something related to Singapore Law/ Regulations.
- Proactively communicate with members.
- Proficiency in Japanese for internal and external communication.
- Possess working experience in Japanese company.
- Possess working experience in manufacturing industry.
