Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out maintenance and repair activities for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other related systems, ensuring efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and promptly rectify defects, while conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they cause disruptions.
• Handle tenants’ feedback and coordinate necessary rectification works between tenants and contractors, ensuring timely resolution.
• Supervise contractors/vendors, ensuring that all awarded jobs (e.g., repairs, installations, maintenance) are carried out safely, within scope, and according to the approved budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in large commercial shopping centers, hotels, serviced apartments, or residential properties.
• Able to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays.
