Sustainability Executive (South-Central Office/ Regional Exposure/ Stable Co!)

Responsibilities:

• Engage suppliers to ensure alignment with The Group’s sourcing policies, industry requirements and strict adherence to legal standards (e.g. EUDR, GPSNR).  
• Conduct supply chain due diligence. Monitor risk assessments, identify areas for improvement and intervention in instances of non-compliance.  
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including CSOs, governments, industry associations, and local communities, to drive adoption of best practices and collaborate on sustainable natural rubber initiatives.  
• Support the development and implementation of capacity building projects with smallholders across The Group’s sourcing regions.  
• Report on progress and performance of The Group’s sustainability efforts to internal and external audiences
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with geospatial analysis (QGIS) 
• Comprehensive grasp of sustainability challenges in supply chains (e.g. deforestation, labour risks, carbon emissions).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
