Specialized PMO (Banking System Project Management)

Responsibilities :

• Communication with relevant stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers, system vendors, persons in charge of GL, etc., and manage their tasks.
• Support provision for PM’s project leading & managing activities.
• Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc.
• Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
• Progress and issue management of BA, User Task members and Developers in the business area in charge.
• Consolidate status report within business area in charge, and reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Management.
• Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside of the business area, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Required Skills/Experiences: 

• Min 3-5 years of PMO experiences in big projects such as core banking projects
• Experiences in bank industry as a bank employee, or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant
