Shipping Execution Analyst (Letter of Credit/ CBD/ 5 Days/ Up to $6,000)

Responsibilities:

• Handling shipping documents with suppliers and shipping line
• Prepare sales and purchase contracts/ invoices
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment
• Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
• LC preparation and negotiation
• Record and report shipment status
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years working experience in relevant industries
• Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and L/C negotiation
• Hands-on experience in L/C
• Knowledge in SAP Business One will be added advantage
