Ship Broker (CBD Area/ Growth Opportunity/ Profit Sharing!)

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and finalize (fix) ship charters while ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Draft comprehensive recap documentation upon successfully fixing a deal.
• Develop and expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide clients with market updates, insights, and tailored research to support their shipping needs.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration to maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1~3 years of relevant shipbroking experience for the Handysize department
• Articulate with good inter-personal skills
• Possess strong communication skills and customer oriented
• Expected to work independently
