Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient production operations, collaborating with the Process Engineer to optimize processes and enhance operational and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues, recommending solutions while monitoring equipment integrity and reliability.
• Oversee training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their skills and performance in production operations.

Requirements: 

• Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and on a 12-hour shift schedule.
