Service Engineer (Tiong Bahru/5 Days/ Up to $4500)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance.
• Ideally process experience in similar industry;
• Valid Class 3 driving license will be added advantage
