Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (30%) – Identify and research potential leads, engage via outreach methods, and qualify prospects.
- Sales & Relationship Management (20%) – Build and maintain client relationships, tailor solutions, manage accounts, and close deals.
- Market Research & Strategy (20%) – Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, and support strategy development.
- Networking & Partnerships (10%) – Represent the company at events, explore partnerships, and expand market reach.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals (10%) – Create and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals.
- Other (10%) – Support environmental practices and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or equipment industry preferred.
- Proficiency in basic software skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of engines and generators is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
