The Offshore Banking Relationship Manager (HNW) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the offshore banking space. This role focuses on providing a range of tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of HNW individuals and their families, including wealth management, investment planning, estate structuring, and specialized offshore banking services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of HNW clients, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their objectives, preferences, and concerns.
• Provide ongoing financial advice, ensuring clients receive timely and relevant information to make informed decisions.
• Proactively identify and acquire new HNW clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
• Expand and grow the portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and product offerings.
• Offer customized wealth management, investment, estate planning, and offshore banking solutions to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams such as wealth management, investment specialists, and legal advisors to provide comprehensive services.
• Ensure clients’ financial goals are met by offering tailored advice on managing their wealth and mitigating risks.
• Drive cross-selling of the bank’s products and services, such as investment products, insurance, and credit facilities, to enhance revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities to offer value-added services that align with the client’s financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide exceptional ongoing client service, ensuring clients’ needs are promptly addressed and their expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct regular reviews and meetings with clients to assess their financial status and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:
• Degree Holder and relevant CMFAS papers
• Minimum 3-4 year of relevant experience in banking industry.
