Sales Manager ( Retail | Basic + Comms)

Job Responsibilities:
● Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
● Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
● Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
● Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
● Preparing financial projections and sales targets
● Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
● Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
● Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
● Recruit sales personnel, set objectives, train and coach them and monitor their performance
● Ensure that Sterra’s Sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set
objectives and monitor progress
● Develop plans to use new technologies to improve business processes.
Job Requirements:
● Diploma in any discipline
● Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
● Strong problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
● Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
