Responsibilities:

  • 50% Hunting | 50% Farming Role – Balance new customer acquisition with account management.
  • Strategic Engagement – Plan and execute meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy & Account Planning – Develop strategies to achieve sales and profit targets within budget.
  • Tender & Project Management – Review tenders, define response strategies, and oversee pricing and proposal execution.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions – Identify needs, present value-driven proposals, and strengthen relationships.
  • Market Growth & Forecasting – Build long-term partnerships, forecast sales, and manage budgets.
  • Performance Analysis – Conduct win/loss reviews post-customer decisions.
  • Tender Leadership – Drive tender opportunities, secure commitments, and optimize outcomes.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Administration – Leverage internal resources and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Ad Hoc Duties – Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in furniture, office interiors, or construction industries.
  • Strong interest in interior and furniture design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work on-site during weekends when required.
